The EB Lodge, Crimson Rose Estate and Nancy Nivem's 'Bevan Lee After Dark' (Rathowen Souvenir Edition/Bevan Lee Storm Krystal) claimed the Led Australian Saddle Pony Stallion/Colt Championship. From some very tough competition the charming stallion went on to claim the Supreme Led Australian Saddle Pony Award. A little later in the day , and ridden by Maia Murray, the pony won the Ridden Australian Saddle Pony Stallion class.
Holly Riddle rode Cynthia Jobe-Parker's 'Raleigh Toy Soldier' (Woodbury park Showtime/Raleigh Gazelle) to win the class for Ridden Australian Saddle Pony Geldings 11-13hh.
The beautiful 'Beaufort Heiress' (Urubula Regal Promise/Beaufort Bamyan) was declared Champion Australian Saddle Pony Mare/Filly and took out the Reserve Champion Ridden Australian Saddle Pony.
Brittany McGlone took out the Best Gelding and her second Ridden Australian Pony Championship (the first in 2006) and with it the HB and AG Haydon Memorial Perpetual Trophy presented by Jill Grant with her 'Bamborough Bosun' (Bamborough Royal Request/View Bank Bequest)
Hayley Preston did the honours for Melise Tuma-Webb on the circle with Melise's Ridden ANSA S/M/G 15-16hh winner,'M Jay Fortune (Win D Fortitude/M Jay Arizona) as Melise also won the 14-15hh class with dad, Win D Fortitude. The Ridden Championship went to Fortune, with Fortitude Reserve.
