This is the last qualifier for the Para - Equestrians for the London Olympics, so at this event there is a team from the USA, New Zealand and Japan. The USA and Japanese teams are on borrowed horses and most of the New Zealanders have flown their horses over.

Lesley Smit from Victoria rode Willow Tree Serendipity to fifth place in the CPEDI 3* Grade 4 Test.

Popular and newly to the Grand Prix ranks, Django Of Cacharel ridden by Jeremy Janjic and owned by Lyn Jenkin placed seventh in the Grand Prix CDN, at this stage just missing out on a place in the Grand Prix Freestlye with the top six in the CDN moving into the next class.

Fiona McNaught looks happy to be starting her Grand Prix test riding the imported Ostra. With the storms surrounding Werribee Park everyone was pleased they just passed, missing the event for today.

Kerry Mack and the imported Mayfield Pzazz produced a pleasing test for sixth place in the Grand Prix Freestyle.

Rachael Sanna and Jaybee Alabaster were hot favorites for the trip to the World Cup final and today they won the Grand Prix with a score of 71.1%. However, with two judges having Lousia Hill and Bates Antonello from New Zealand in first place, it is not all over yet.
