Huge storms passed through Werribee Park during the afternoon, with Para-Equestrian Anne Skinner coping the worst conditions, so much so she was allowed to re-ride her test after competition was delayed 1/2 hour for the weather to clear. Para-Equestrian coach Julia Battams had to let Anne out of the arena after the gate man had run for cover. Anne finished fourth in the Para-Equestrian Grade III Individual Test.
Lizzie Wilson Fellows from NSW rode Lets Entertain to win the Advance Freestyle with a score of 66.7%.

Auatralian Team member, Jan Pike rode Catherine Shelley's beautiful Thoroughbred, Pinky to fourth place in the CPEDI 3* Grade 1. Pinky, who looks like he does not spend a lot of time in the rain did not seem impressed about getting wet. After Jan's test the rain got harder and the CPEDI Grade 2 test was postponed until tomorrow, delaying the team result.
Ridden as always by owner Dr. Kerry Mack, home town favourite, Mayfield Pzazz did not disappoint his many fans with a good Grand Prix Freestyle for third place with a score of 67.92%.
Maree Tomkinson riding her imported stallion Rodrigo III had the crowd awake with a new Grand Prix freestyle to AC/DC. After the test Maree announced that her own and Lyn Sultana's wonderful mare Diamantina had her Totalas foal, a bay filly (out of a surrograte mother) today.
The ever popular Heath Ryan acknowledges the enthusiastic crowd after his Grand Prix Freestyle aboard Regardez Moi. Heath scored 71.52 for second place.
Louisa Hill from New Zealand powers down the center line to start her Grand Prix Freestyle riding her powerful but inexperienced Bates Antonello. Louisa finished in third place with a score of 70.25%.

Hannah Dodd rode Victoria McBeath's, Waikiwi FE by Weltmeyer to win the Para-Equestrian Grade IV Individual Test with a score of 65.8%. Hannah is a member of the Australian Team competing against New Zealand for the Team position at the London Olympics. The scores from yesterday and today make up the team result. Individual team members will be announce on May the 28th after the Para Equestrian Nationals in Sydney on the 10th and 11th of May.
