CHESTER, England, June 13, 2019–Charlotte Dujardin and Mount St. John Freestyle won the Equerry Bolesworth International CDI3* Grand Prix Special Thursday on a personal best score that beat the British pair’s World Equestrian Games individual bronze medal result. Charlotte and Erlentanz also posted a personal best to win the Grand Prix Freestyle.
Charlotte and Freestyle, a 10-year-old Hanoverian mare, scored 82.979% in the fourth Special for the partnership since beginning Big Tour 14 months ago and a day after posting a new Grand Prix high that was also the duo’s first result above 80%.
Carl Hester on Hawtins Delicato, team mates at the Tryon world championships last September, also logged a personal best 78.936% in the pair’s third Special.
