Helping an Aggressive/Pushy Horse with Mark Langley Horsemanship

Mark Langley has been a presenter at Equitana Australia; Equidays New Zealand; and featured in movie Listening to the Horse; weekly Podcast Presenter. Full-time Clinician bringing new insights into the horse world that show how impactful a horse’s mental state is on its training ability.

He has developed highly effective ways of training both people and horses that seek to rectify common problems, through reducing a horse’s anxiety or stress; initiating a change of mindset; and providing alternative training techniques that seek to correct detrimental training practices. He has been a professional horse trainer for most of his working life, training horses from all backgrounds and levels.

In the video below Mark demonstrates helping an aggressive horse by setting boundaries, not bringing our boundaries to them. It is not about moving their feet but them not moving ours. Clarity and understanding will help these horses, not dominance.
