July target for crowds to begin to return to racing in Victoria

Some owners and race club members will be allowed back to the track in July if all goes to plan, according to Racing Victoria chief executive Giles Thompson.

The racing authority has a working group tasked with getting people back on course and Thompson said that could be as early as July, so long as crowds are separated from those who have kept the industry operating behind closed doors since March.
