Police search for missing horse rider- Howqua

A search is underway for a missing horse rider who failed to return to a campsite on Howqua Track, Howqua Hills.

The 52-year-old woman was riding her horse in the area.

She was last seen on Saturday by fellow campers.

Her vehicle and horse float remain at the camp site.

A search involving local police and the police air wing continued through the night and will resume this morning with the assistance of the SES.
