A British teenager's jaw was so badly damaged following a horse riding accident, doctors have described it as "one of the most significant injuries" seen in a child outside a war zone.
When Emily Eccles, 15, arrived at the Sheffield Children's Emergency Department in August, she was holding the bottom of her face in her hands.
