The star of the show so far is young Queensland rider Bayley Lowe. Today Bailey saved his horse Microchip for the Youth Class 14-18 years at the end of the day, to win with a score of 210.5. Earlier in the day Bailey was awarded both the Queensland Reining and Southern Queensland High Point Green Rider of the Year awards.
Eloise Denton rode SR Whizzel Chex to fourth place in the Intermediate Non Pro scoring 205.5. Later in the day this combination took second place in the Youth 14-18 scoring 208.5.
Greer Campbell rode Playgirls Whiz in the Youth class.
KC Devlin scored 199 riding Rockys Joe Quixote in the Youth class.
Clancy Erin rode Greenhill Senorita to win the CA Youth class 13 years and under, scoring 203.
David Simons seen here riding Sweet Serendipity got day two of the Reining Australia and Continental Championships, off to a good start winning Limited Open and Rookie Professional.
Kathleen Murphy rode Mingolena to equal third place in the CA Prime Time (for riders 50 years and over) Non Pro event, scoring 202.
Steven Withers rode Lil Bit of Hootchy to fifth place in the CA Prime Time Non Pro with a score of 197.5.
Susan Farquhar riding CD Quixote scored 202 for equal third place in the CA Non Pro Prime Time. A number of riders from the 17 starters scored 0 for "off pattern" or error of course, unlike dressage there is no second chance in Reining, with any error resulting in a 0 score.
Wayne Davis riding Docs Have A Little Faith scored 204 for third place in the RA Prime Time Non pro.
Vicki Walcot rode Dinki Di Whiz N Slide to second place in the RA Prime Time Non Pro scoring 205.

This year's Reining Australia National Championship show was postponed from the normal mid winter date to get some better weather. Unfortunately no one told the weather gods with yesterday being very wet and today freezing cold and windy. Faye Porter riding Hicks Spinin Playboy scored 204.5 for equal third place in the Reining Australia Green Rider Level 1.

Mal Dyce rode Eskdale West Dry Melody to second place in the Green Rider Level 1 and 2. with a score of 205.

Kerri Anderson comes to a stop aboard Niners Little Pep in the Intermediate Non Pro. There is no Derby this year.

Young Grace Christoffel really had the accelerator down on Docs Leo Tivio, to take third place in the CA Youth 13 and Under.
Alexandra Barratt rode Toccoa Something Lethal to third place in the Youth 14-18 years, scoring 207.
Georgia Mundie rode Azure Bleu to score 199 in the Youth 14-18 years.
Nicky Graham Duffy riding Peppys Majic scored 204.5 in the Youth 14-18 for fifth place.
Talented young rider, Lana Kelderman rode her well performed Oaks Moon Dust to win the RA Youth 13 and Under, scoring 206. Lana also successfully competes in other Western disciplines with Oaks Moon Dust.
