2012 Reining Australia Affiliate Championships and Futurity Show

Chelsea Ragg riding Trandibo Indeniable scored 202 to take 4th place in the Continental Affiliate Novice Horse Non-Pro. At this show each event has concurrent classes being conducted and some riders are eligible for only one section whilst others may be eligible for multiple sections.

Anthony Mitchell and Roc N Roy competed in the large class for Rookie Level 1 and 2.

Tony Bryers rode Missin Dun It in the Rookie Level 1 and 2.

Robyn Ross rode Jesie Blonde Gambel to score 201 in the Rookie Level 1 and 2.

Bec Laurie rode Argyles T Whiz to score 209.5 to take scond place in the CA NH NP 2 and RA NH NP 2 and win the CA NH NP 1.

Deb Rogers rode Peppy Lena to score 198 in the Rookie Level 1 and 2.

Karin Turner and Glenburn Behind Bars competed in the Rookie Level 1 and 2.

Bayley Lowe is an exciting young new talent on the Reining scene. Today Bayley produce a really good run aboard Microchip to score 212.5 in the Rookie Level 1 and 2.

Hayley Croissingham rode Reynard to score 207 in the Rookie Level 1 and 2.

Tammy Stephen rode DMC Spinnin Gold in the Novice Horse.

Nicky Graham Duffy rode Peppys Majic in the Rookie Level 1 and 2 event. With some good marketing Reining Australia seems to be attracting a large group of new members of all shapes, sizes, ages and colours which is good for the future.

Former Reining Australia President and passionate Reining competitor, Greg Peters rode his Tell Me a Story to second place after a run off in the RA Int. Open but won the CA Int. Open with scores of 208 and 207.

Darren Simpson rode Gamble To Win in the Intermediate Open class.

Reining Australia Futurity and Continental Affiliate Championship Show Manager and Reining Australia President, Annie Woodhouse took time out to ride Miss Melody Chex in the RA Novice Horse class.

Leanne Bartlett rode Whiz With Style to score 204.5 for second place in the CA Int. Open and third in the RA Int. open.

After a run off Yves Cousinard won the RA Int. Open riding Spicy Little Step with scores of 208 and 210.

With heavy rain outside competitors were pleased to be competing inside at the wonderful Tamworth AELEC facility. Tomorrow snow is predicted to fall on the local hills. KC Devlin rode Lee Bar Quixote to score 195.5 in the Novice Horse class.

Rick Paff rode Crown K Hezgot The Chez in the Novice Horse event.

Well known horseman, David Simons is making an impact on the Reining scene. Today David rode Calboys Smart Play to win both the CA NH 1 and CA NH 2 and place second in the RA NH2, third in the CA Int. Open and fourth in the RA Int. Open.

Noel Watson riding Who Whiz A Honey scored 204 for third place in the CA Novice Horse 2.

Susan Farquhar rode CD Quixote to score 202 in the Novice Horse event.

Ciro Casa riding Radar scored 201.5 in the large class for Novice Horse.

Brendan Manz and Rockin J Hustle N Spin scored 207.5 to place fifth in the RA Novice Horse NP 2.

Wayne Cooper rode CTS Major Impact to score 199.5 in the Novice Horse event.

Well known Reining competitor Mick Taylor rode Miss Little Step to score 208.5 to take third place in the RA Novice Horse Non Pro 2.

Wayne Davis acknowledges his vocal support crew after a good run aboard Docs Have A Little Faith in the Novice Horse.

Joanna Manz rode Douglas Last Lena to win both the CA and RA Novice Horse Non Pro 2, with a score of 210.

Kerri Anderson and Niners Little Pep scored 205.5 for fifth place in the CA Novice Horse Non Pro 2.

Janice Barr and Peppys Bootscooter scored 208 to place 3rd in the CA Novice Horse Non Pro 2 and 4th in the Reining Australia Novice Horse 2.

Kathleen Murphy and Minolena scored 203 in the Novice Horse event.
