Mick Taylor rode Whizzel With Me to post the impressive score of 219 and take out the CA Non Pro, the CA Open, the RA Open and the most important award was the Michelle Halliwell Memorial Non Pro. Cameron Halliwell is not competing at this event but he did make it for an emotional presentation. Whizzel With Me has the blue blood of Reining, with both parents, Whizzel A Melody and Docs Pepper Toy both Reining Australia Hall of Fame Inductees.
Peter Bartolo rode SR Whizzel Chex to score 209.5 for second place in the CA Non Pro and third place in the Michelle Halliwell Memorial Non Pro.
Rod Osborne riding OP Whizzabout scored 208 for third place in the CA Non Pro and fourth place in the Michelle Halliwell Memorial Non Pro.
Noel Watson riding Chickie lena scored 208 for second place in the CA Open and third place in the RA Open.
Young rider Lana Kelderman rode Oaks Moon Dust to win the Freestyle where competitors ride their own pattern to music with set movements required.
Grace Christoffel and Docs Leo Tivio did not win the Freestyle Reining but they certainly had the best outfit.

Earlier in the day Errol rode his beautiful stallion, Docs Fancy Roy for second place in the Michelle Halliwell Memorial Non Pro and the RA Open, scoring 214.
