Sam has been at the receiving end of the RAS NSW "no horse make up" policy. According to Councillor Charlie Hooke the RAS policy is based on veterinary advice and the welfare of the horse. The irony of Sam's situation is that she asked an RAS vet to look at her horse and he said it was OK, but nonetheless she was sent out of the ring, yesterday when riding 'Exotic'..
