Cade rode his, 'Kelstar', formerly ridden with success by Victorian, Steven Hill, to outpace his opposition and win the Junior Grand Prix this morning. Cade followed in his big brother, Jake's footsteps and added his name to the Maurice Gordon Memorial Perpetual Trophy for Most Successful Boy in the Junior Jumping competition.

Today Champion Senior Showjumping Rider of the Show, Tom McDermott won the Young Rider Grand Prix giving him three victories of the four Young Rider classes on offer riding 'Flowervale Diamond'. Tom, in his last year of Young Rider classes was awarded the Robert and Joyce Brooks Annual Trophy for Most Successful Young Rider.

Bamborough Stud also took out the Supreme Champion Welsh B with their 3 year old colt, 'Bamborough Pick Up'.
Suzy Willis was emotional today after jumping two lovely rounds aboard her 'Copabell Haymen' to take third place in the Young Rider Grand Prix. The reason for such emotion was the fact that the 19 year old imported jumper that carried London Olympic Team member, Julia Hargreaves from Young Rider to international competition is now headed for retirement. "He has earned a big green paddock" commented Suzi.
