Tom Mc Dermott had a great day at the show. He is pictured riding Letitia Langbecker's 'Capone', by Contango II that won the Junior Grand Prix this morning. On the strength of that performance, Tom was declared Champion Junior Jumping Rider and to the great relief of all the other juniors, this is Tom's last appearance in the Junior classes at Adelaide.
Madison Samouha-Ho from NSW jumped two super rounds for fifth place in the Junior Grand Prix, aboard the wonderful Thoroughbred, 'Hedge' that was produced by well known Victorian rider, Melissa Froesch.

World Cup League leader, Jamie Kermond makes a beautiful jump riding Jacqui Cox's talented Coleman mare, 'Colthaga'. They jumped a clear and slick second round in the World Cup Qualifier, but had to be content on this occasion with second place but still a healthy addition to Jamie's points tally.
For not the first time, Tim Clarke has had a great Adelaide Show, however we are not sure he has had one as good as this. Tim won the Grand Prix earlier in the Show riding Mardi Grave's stallion, 'Belcam Catalyst' and today jumped two super rounds riding his ebullient ball of muscle, 'Caltango' to win the Adelaide World Cup Qualifier. Tim and the nine year old mare by Contango II out of a Daley K mare went one better than Gawler last week where they won the points but not the class, today they won both. With the southern states qualifiers off and running, Tim might make a big move up the league ladder.
