Young Rider, Juana Andreou and her 'Sunvalley Donnerhe' by the imported stallion, Donnerheist, both have their eyes well up and ahead during their Bates Saddles CCI Two Star cross country ride.

Successful and popular Queensland rider, Kevin McNab came home clear jumping and time to hold his second place after the Bates CCI Two Star cross country riding 'Kelecyn Cognac. The are just 0.80 of a penalty behind class leader, Shane Rose.

Father to be, Shane Rose had a wonderful; day at the office today. He is pictured riding Michelle Hasibar and Brett Jones' six year old 'Virgil' by Vivant that remains on his dressage score and lead the Bates Saddles CCI Two Star with 50.40. Shane also leads the HSBC Four Star after a perfect cross country run riding his own and Jonnie Walker's, Taurus that remains on 45.50.

'Jimmy Is Here' and certainly jumping out of the water well for rider, Jennifer Irvine-Brown, and looks well on his way to moving up 12 places in the Bates CCI Two Star with the addition of just 0.4 time penalties.

Anthonia Hartley is pictured making a beautiful job of riding her 'Due Heed' over the FEI wall at Stag Corner during their Bates CCI Two Star cross country run. The vertical wall is hinged and will open if hit sufficiently hard. This is one of the safety features on course.

Young Rider, Makayla Wood looked super across country riding her, 'Just Corona'. They posted a clear round and moved from 22 to tenth place in the Bates CCI Two Star.

Young Rider, Andrew Cooper was another to post a good, clear cross country run riding his, 'Guest of Honour' to move from 25th to 15th in the Bates CCI Two Star.

Annabell Armstrong and 'Sentry Vision' added just 2.4 cross country time penalties to move from 11th to sixth place after the cross country phase of the Bates CCI Two Star.

Isabel English really has her eyes on the next fence, as does her, 'Feldale Mouse'. They jumped clear in the Bates CCI Two Star to move from 41st to 23rd place. Isabel is the leading Young Rider with her 'Cil Dara George' that heads in to the showjumping phase in seventh place.

Well known and successful Queensland rider, Kevin McNab heads to Rundle mall for coffee, which may account for a few time penalties he gathered riding his New Zealand bred, 'Clifton Pinot' in the HSBC Four Star competition. They head in to the final jumping phase in 14th place.

Megan Jones means business riding her own and Lauren and Allan Poulson's , 'Kirby Park Allofasudden' on the HSBC Four Star cross country track. With just 4 time penalties to add they moved from 15th to sixth heading in to the final jumping phase.

Natalie Blundell and 'Algebra' make their way through the beautiful Rose Garden during their HSBC Four Star cross country run. They moved from ninth to fifth with the addition of just 3.6 time penalties and well within striking distance of the leader.

Popular and well performed South Australian combination, Luke Jones and 'Soul' make a good jump over the wide Coopers Wagon on the HSBC Four Star cross country course.

Representing New Zealand, Scone based, Blair Richardson jumpes in to the Rymill Lake and heads towards the HSBC bathing boxes riding his 'Spend Up'.

Cassandra Webb and her English import, 'Beckli' jump through the Rymill Lake during their HSBC Four Star cross country run. They produced a good round over the tough course for the addition of 16.8 time penalties to move from 27th to eleventh place.

Queensland lawyer, Emma Mason produced a super round riding her Salute gelding, 'F1 Pharinelli' for the addition of just 3.2 HSBC Four Star cross country time penalties. They head in to the jumping phase in third place, up from eighth.

Eleanor Osborne and her 'Mighty High' make a copybook bounce through the much talked about Rymill Park Duck obstacle. This bounce was followed three strides away down hill to a brush arrowhead. With the addition of time penalties they hold seventh place going in to the final jumping phase.

Christine Bates and her talented HSBC Four Star debutante, 'Adelaide Hill' fly over the Qantas hanger on the HSBC Four Star cross country course. Seventh after the dressage they incurred an on then off then on 20 penalties for a crossing of tracks at the HSBC Keyhole to head in to the final phase in 14th place.

Keira Byrnes from NSW and her wonderful Thoroughbred and former horse Deals Off The Track feature, 'Fox Hill' made a super Adelaide HSBC Four Star debut. They did amass some time penalties, but no jumping faults to hold 16th place. They are pictured jumping through the HSBC Keyhole.

Stuart Tinney and 'Panamera' look a picture of concentration on their way around the HSBC Four Star track. Second after the dressage phase yesterday, they incurred 6.8 time penalties (and not the 25 originally posted) to slip from second to fourth place, but still very much in contention for the title.

Queensland rider, Emma Dougall makes a successful fly over the Qantas hanger during their HSBC Four Star cross country run. Even with one stop they came home with just 7.6 time penalties and sit in 13th place heading in to the showjumping tomorrow.

Sam Fasher from NSW and 'Valley' make the difficult look easy during their Logan Floats CIC cross country run. This Ditch and Brush at fence 14 was feared for some time, now they just pop over it like it is nothing. At least Sam and Valley did. They are in third place going in to the showjumping tomorrow.

Jade Findlay and her 'As Tully' look to be flying as tehy negotiate the Ditch and Brush on teh Logan Floats CIC Two Star course. They took off a little far away, but jade has gauges the suituation well ans is give the talented grey all teh encouragement necessary to complete the jump. They are in fifth place heading in to the final jumping test.

Queensland rider, Ali Foye makes a super jump aboard her beautiful, 'GP Leica Luvid' , a warmblood by Langfuhr. They finished the Logan Floats CIC two Star cross country on their dressage score and hold second place with 61.80.

South Australian rider, Sarah Ashcroft is pictured riding her Australian Stock Horse, 'Hillbro Aramac' by Chalani Chaparral on the Logan Floats CIC two Star cross country. They jumped well for the addition of just 8.4 time penalties and hold provisional fourth place.

Mattea Davidson from Queensland is a talented and versatile rider. Dressage, showjumping and now eventing. Mattea is pictured on the Logan Floats CIC two Star cross country riding her home bred, 'Fairbanks Cargo' by 'Fairbanks Catargo'.

Cassie Lowe's 'Contango Columbus' is showing his showjumping early life as he carefully negotiates this fence during the Logan Floats CIC Two Star cross country. With just time penalties to add they hold sixth place and are likely to move up the leader board in the final phase.

Jamie Stichel makes a lovely jump with her 'Pentonville Grove' during their Logan CIC Two Star cross country run.

After a serious riding accident that saw Sonja on crutches for some months, the sheep farmer from WA is back with a vengeance. Of course the Olympian is much moire than a farmer and demonstrated her cross country brilliance today going clear jumping and just one of two clear on time riding her super little Thoroughbred , 'Parkiarrup Illicit Liaison' . They moved from eleventh after the dressage to second place on 49.80 going in to the final jumping phase. Sonja also holds third place in the CCI Two Star with Rebecca and Simon Bell's, Australian Stock Horse, Belfast Mojito that also jumped clear, clear.

Italian rider, Fabio Magni is pictured over the Horse Deals Hayrack just two from home riding, 'Watermark Grayson'. Unfortunately a stop for the addition of 20 penalties saw them slip from equal fourth to 18th place on 95.10.
