The Tremayne Stud and K Taunton's Champion Riding Pony and Champion Australian Saddle Pony Stallion, 'Tremayne Gold Edition' by the imported Pendley Gold Cup. Gold Edition was shown by that expert 'travelling horseman', Richard Sharman.

The very well performed, 'Falconhurst Classic' by Fairley Temptation, took out the Best Riding Pony Gelding Exhibit award. Shown by Paur Austin at Brisbane, the pony was formerly exhibited by Lyn Warburton from Wandin in Victoria.

Paulene Munn rode 'Mungala Emerald Isle' into second place in the Ridden Connemara class. Earlier in the day, the stallion was declared Supreme Champion Led Connemara. Exhibited by PL,SJ & SY Munn.

Edward Johnstone, son of successful exhibitor, Annabelle Johnstone, won the Miniature Turnout class for Riders Under 6 Years.

Welsh Pony Stallion, 'Rahane Caleb' ridden by Jackie Clark demonstrated a super canter on his way to second place in the Stud Pony Stallion Under Saddle class.Exhibited by the Rahane Pastoral Co Pty Ltd.

Ashlee Christensen from Booval in Queensland rode Kay Campbell's 'Mio Mondo Valentino' to win the Stud Pony Stallion Under Saddle class.

Emily Coggan from Meandarra in Queensland certainly looked the part to show her 'Malibu Park Replica' in the Show Hunter Pony ne12.2hh class. It just goes to show that quality lasts, as Emily's jacket is over fifty years old. A good piece of cloth indeed. Replica by Kirreway Quinton out of Malibu Park Black Rose was second in his class.

It was smiles all round as Murray Goodall presented his Duncan Valley CLydesdale Stud Trophy for Champion Clydesdale Stallion to 'Duncan Valley Emanual' shown by Murray's son Scott. Exhibited by W and M Goodall.

Murray Goodall was in a strong position to take out the Supreme Clydesdale award, which he did with the impressive Champion Mare, 'Duncan Valley Tiffany'. Both Champion Mare and Champion Stallion are by the imported stallion, Torrs Carlisle. Both were great representatives of, as Clydesdale guru, Kevin Robertson commented, "the breed that built Australia".

Julie Casson took out the Show Hunter Championship with her 'Beckworth Rising Citizen' by Rendene Rising Sun. Exhibited by GJ & J K Casson from Glen Innes in NSW.

Merrick Ubank from Park Ridge in Queensland took second place in the first Section A competition of the show riding his 'Tallai Lady'.

Always hard to beat and looking very stylish in this photo, Ronnie Easey won the first Section A jumping competition riding 'Wum Gum Lady Jane'.

Elise Douglas looks a picture of concentration as she rode her 'Langtree Jazzman' in the Ridden Riding Pony ne 12.2hh class. The effort paid off for nine-year-old Elise as she worked her way up the line from seventh to third place.

Beau Cunning, having a great show so far, rode Nikki Jamieson's 'SIlkwood Fanfare' to win the Ridden Riding Pony Mare/Gelding ne 12.2hh. Later in the day Beau rode her own 'Mirinda Class' to take out the Reserve Ridden Riding Pony Championship. The Championship went to Beaufort Nutrition's very well performed mare, 'Beaufort Heiress' winner of the 13.2-14.2hh class.
