This morning Laura Shaw (on left) rode her 'After Midnight of Astral' to win the Smartest On Parade for Pony Club Riders 9-12 years and went on to be declared Champion Pony Club Smartest On Parade. Her sister, Sophie-Kate was not far behind, riding her 'Fairlight Acres Matthew' to win the SMOP for Pony Club Riders Under 9.

Elizabeth Turner representing Tullamarine Pony Club rode her 'Shine' to win the Smartest On Parade for Pony Club Riders 16 Years and Over.

Samantha McMaster from the Euroa Pony Club rode her 'DP Alert' to win the SMOP for Riders 12-14 Years and went on to be declared Reserve Champion Pony Club Smartest On Parade.

Stephanie Ivanovic from the Main Ridge Pony Club is delighted to make a breakthrough with her 'Kawanna Park Majestic' during the Pony Club Handy Mount (activity) class for riders Under 12 Years.

Karen Fry representing the Mt Cannibal Riding Club rode her well performed, "Kirreway Beaumont' to win the Level 1 Ridden HRCAV Mount under 15.2hh. They went on to take out the HRCAV Ridden Mount Reserve Championship.

Lee Corrigan from the South Eastern Dressage Club rode her 'Sandella Scarlet Gem' to take second place in the class for Level 3 HRCAV Mount 15.2hh and Under.

Karen Middlebrook from the Gisborne District ARC rode her 'Falconhurst Fairstair' to win the HRCAV Level 3 Mount 15.2hh and Under.

It is hard to imagine any horse happily going through this obstacle on the Pony Club Rider Under 12 Years Handy Mount course. However, Maddy McCarthy from the Shepparton Pony Club managed to persuade 'Rosie' that it was the right thing to do.

Well performed young rider, Penny Smith representing the Camperdown Pony Club won the 12-14 Years Handler class and went on to be declared Champion Pony Club Handler.

Britt Holmberg from Bendigo Pony Club won the Handler Over 16 Years class and went on to claim the Pony Club Handler Reserve Championship with her 'Ripley Lodge Bartholomew'.

Courtney McMurray from the Cranbourne South Riding Club shows good form with her 'Ripplee Dawntime' during the class for Level 4 Mount Most Suitable for HRCAV.

Sharon Mulgrew from the Westcoast ARC won the Level 1 HRCAV Ridden Mount class with her 'Time Slot'.

Tegan Lewis representing the Kerang Pony Club won the Special Pony CLub class riding her 'Charmel Reeface'.

Kerrianne Bilson from the Inverleigh Riding Club won the Level 2 HRCAV Mount class and went on to claim the HRCAV Mount Championship with her 'Malibu Park Moondust'.

Marnie Hicks from the Shepparton Pony Club rode her 'Kirreway Xalted' to win the Rider 14-16 Years class and was delighted to go on and claim the Pony Club Rider Championship.

Cate Watt from the Warnambool ARC hit gold at her first ever competition. She rode her 'Mindy' to win the Level 4 HRCAV Mount Most Suitable and went on to take out the Level 4/5 Championship. In this photograph, Cate and 'Mindy' demonstrate just how they did it.

Diane Reynolds from the Brewick ARC was second in the class for Level 4 HRCAV Mount Most Suitable riding her 'Storm Cloud'. They came in for and claimed the Level 4/5 Reserve Championship.

A few days ago Lauren Farquhar rode her New Forest Pony, 'Haberfield Cricket' to win the Summer Royal Large Pony Working Hunter class. Today representing the Diamond Valley Horse and Pony Club, they won the Pony Club Mount 12-14hh class.

These two ponies are a great advertisement for the Welsh and Nattai Ponies in particular. Jack Hayden from Wirllinga PC won the Working Hunter Galloway class on Friday and today took out the Pony Club Mount 14-15hh class with his 'Austin Powers'. Jack was one of just a handful of boys competing on Pony Club day.

Donna Ford representing the Berwick Pony Club rode her 'Heavenly Bliss' to win the class for PC Mount Over 16hh and went on to take out the Pony Club Mount Championship.
