Cassie Lowe rode her Warmblood gelding, 'Homewoard Bound' by Jaybee Apache out of Buckwell Park Cascade to fourth place in the Gwaihir Horse Stud Four Year Old Young Event Horse class.

Kristy Douglas is pictured aboard her 'Cushavon Crackerjack', an Irish Sport Horse, by Conqueror King out of a mare by Kings County, in the Eventing NSW Six Year Old young Event Horse class.

Successful eventer, showjumper and broadcaster, Dave Cameron rode Kerry French's delightful Thoroughbred gelding, 'Sk8er Boi' by Beautiful Crown out of a Coronation Day mare in the Gwaihir Horse Stud Four Year Old young Event Horse class.

Japanese rider, Daiki Chujo is pictured aboard Janette Johnson's Hanoverian mare, 'Top Rock Triple Time' by Contenda imp out of Wimborne Just Jazz during the Gwaihir Horse Stud Four Year Old Young Event Horse class.

Michelle Hasibar rode Niki Chapman and Shane Rose's Thoroughbred gelding, 'Biscuit' that is by Niki and Shane's stallion, Another Warrior out of the mare, Sweet Zephyr. They took second place in the Gwaihir Horse Stud's Four year Old young Event Horse class.

Harvey Besley rode Dianne and Ian Brown's beautiful moving, gelding, 'Bloomfield Sorrento' by Sirocco imp out of a Toolern Lord Thoroughbred mare to third place in the Gwaihir Horse Stud Four Year Old Young Event Horse class.

It is good to see Christopher Burton back in action with his 2008 Adelaide CCI Four Star winner, 'Newsprint'. They opened the CIC/W dressage phase with a score of 53.5.

Gabrielle Biland is pictured with her eye catching Copabella Visage mare, 'Copabella Vertigo' out of the imported mare, Toddington, that took third place in the Eventing NSW Six Year Old Young Event Horse class.

Heath Ryan, very much at home in the dressage arena rode his own and Rozzie Ryan's talented Medallion gelding, 'Mystery Whisper' to take the early lead in the CIC/W dressage phase with 45.9. If they are not in the lead after the 31 World Cup horses have completed their test, they will not be far from it.

Successful Australian eventing rider, Christine Bates won the Berrima 2011 Introductory ODE riding her 'Lord Windsor' with a dressage score of 87%. The beautiful Thoroughbred by Hurricane Sky out of a Chief's Crown mare performed wel again today to win the Eventing NSW Six Year Old Young Event Horse class.

Really promising young eventing rider, Emma Scott rode Wyn Scott's equally promising, 'Jenbern Monyana' for a CIC/W dressage score of 56.7.

The very popular and successful Megan Jones rode her well performed Rustic Amber gelding, 'Kirby Park Allofasudden' for a score of 50 in the CIC/W dressage phase.

New Zealand rider, Alice Montgomery rode her wonderful Voltaire II gelding, 'Gordon' for a score of 57.6 in the dressage phase of the CIC/W.

An as always busy Shane Rose is pictured aboard the first of his two CIC/W rides, 'APH Moritz', by APH Coriolo that earned 47.8 in the dressage phase. Not the winner, but they will be not far from the lead at the end of this first phase. Shane has the ride on 'Taurus' later in the draw.

Well known NSW and international Young Dressage Rider, Megan Bryant has not completely deserted her eventing career. Megan is pictured riding her 'Mr Jackson' (Jive Magic/Salute mare) in the Eventing NSW Six Year Old Young Event Horse class.

Eleanor Osborne rode her lovely Thoroughbred, 'Aim High' by Sequalo out of a Marauding mare in the Eventing NSW Six Year Old Young Event Horse class.

Katie Henderson is pictured aboard her AEA Aspen gelding, 'Roger That' during the AWHA Five Year Old Young Event Horse class.

Experienced NSW eventer, Claudia Graham is pictured making a super jump aboard her Thoroughbred gelding, 'Double Vision' by Quest For Fame out of a Kaoru Star mare on their way to victory in the AWHA Five Year Old young Event Horse class.

German ex pat, Hennerk Hueppe is pictured riding the Oaks Sport Horses and ESB Irish Sport Horses' mare, 'ESB Irish Spell' by ESB Irish Descent out of a Balmoral Boy mare in the AWHA class for Five Year Old Young Event Horse.

Rachel Watts rode her typey Thoroughbred, 'Duncan' by Bureaucracy out of a Victory Prince mare to second place in the AWHA class for Five Year Old Young Event Horse.

Although on this occasion the Thoroughbreds won all three age groups there was a variety of interesting breeding on show during the young Event Horse classes. Soigne Jackson rode her 'Collatral Damage' that is by Cil Dara Conquest out of a mare by the World Cup winning showjumper, Warrego Sandon. They are pictured during the AWHA Five Year Old young Event Horse class.

Teegan Ashby is pictured with her talented jumper, 'Vivanne', pretty obviously by Vivant and out of a Family Ties mare in the AWHA Five Year Old Young Event Horse class.

Well known and successful eventer, Niki Chapman rode her own impressive , 'Contador' a Thoroughbred gelding by Rock of Gibraltar out of a Famous Star mare, to win the Gwaihir Horse Stud Four Year Old Young Event Horse class.

Alexandra Townsend rode Judy Street's Lusitano gelding, 'CH Coolaroo Cloudbreak' by Que Craque in the Gwaihir Horse Stud Four Year Old Young Horse class conducted on the Main Arena at SIEC on the first day of the Weekend Of World Cups Show.
