Well known man about town and Dressage and eventing rider, Brett Davey defended his winning dressage score of 43.10 with a clear run across country to maintain his lead in the Brighton Saddlery CIC One Star.

Junior rider, Zach Stanton did well to hold his fifth position in the Brighton Saddlery CIC One Star competition riding his 'Sevon Mossimo' with a post cross country score of 48.40..

Niki Chapman and her partner , Shane Rose are having a busy weekend. Niki is pictured aboard 'Umunga' that holds third place after the cross country with a score of 45.60.

With a super clear run across country, Emma Armstrong moved from 16th to sixth in the Tarraleah Park CIC Two Star riding her 'Cassilis Park Pendragon' on a score of 57.50.

Aaron Moyes really improved his chances of money in the Tarraleah Park CIC Two Star moving form 23rd to ninth riding 'Sandhills Storm'. They head in to the final jumping phase tomorrow with a score of 60.80.

Japanese rider, Daiki Chujo just added cross country time penalties, posting an otherwise clear round in the Tarraleah Park CIC Two Star riding 'Rancho Pennsylvania'.

Successful eventing rider, Christine Bates originally from WA is having a sensational weekend. She is pictured aboard 'Adelaide Hills' that posted a clear cross country run to hold second place in the Tarraleah Park CIC Two Star with 45.60. Christine also holds first place with 'Delago', also clear, on a score of 43.10.

Lauren Balcome rode her 2008 Adelaide Two Star winner, 'Kootoomooto' to add just four cross country time penalties in the Tarraleah Park CIC Two Star. They are just out of the placings in 12th place heading in to the final jumping phase tomorrow.

Despite a great jumping round, the 17.6 time penalties saw Heath Ryan and his lovely , 'Mystery Whisper' slip from fourth place after the dressage phase to 10th place heading in to the final phase of the FEI Eventing World Cup with 63.50.

With just 2.8 time penalties, Megan Jones and 'Kirby Park Allofasudden' moved from 11th to sixth place in the FEI Eventing World Cup. They head in to the final jumping phase with a score of 52.80.

Surely one of the youngest, if not the youngest riders in the Eventing World Cup class, Crystal Conning from Victoria makes a lovely jump with her athletic 'Marcus Aurelius' during the cross country phase. They head in to the showjumping in 13th place.

Craig Barrett makes a super jump aboard Henry and Helen Hicks' 'Wendela Jamie' during the FEI Eventing World Cup cross country. They hold fifth place with 52.80 heading in to the final jumping phase tomorrow.

It is impossible to get a bad jumping photo of Victorian rider, Natalie Davies' lovely jumper, 'Chatswood Sharp Move'. Uncharacteristically they experienced Four Star horse had a run out across country which will keep them from the major placings.

New Zealand rider, Clarke Johnstone jumped a confident clear aboard his Kihikihi World Cup winner and WEG Bronze Team Medalist, 'Orient Express'. They improved their standing from third to second place and head in to the final jumping phase just 1.10 penalties behind Shane Rose.

Stuart Tinney again produced a beautiful round for the addition of 6.4 time penalties aboard his WEG team member, 'Vettori' to move up two places in the FEI Eventing World Cup, to hold fourth place with 52.70.

Shane Rose looks determined to improve on his fourth place in the New Zealand World Cup just a couple of weeks ago in Kihikihi. Shane moved from second after the dressage phase with a perfect run across country to head in to the final jumping section with a score of 44.30 riding Jonnie Walkers part Warmblood, 'Taurus' by Aaries.

Christopher Burton gallops on to the next fence after the influential water complex on the FEI Eventing World Cup course at SIEC. Christopher is pictured aboard the 2010 winner that came second in New Zealand just a couple of weeks ago, Jean and Jade Findlay's 'Holstein Park Leilani'. After a perfect cross country they hold third place on 45.90.

Kevin McNab makes a good jump aboard his 'Game Play' that appears to be the only competitor in the CNC Three Star competition. So we guess that makes him the winner.

Well known and popular NSW eventer and coach, Gordon Bishop leads the Pre Novice B field after the cross country riding 'AEA Fantail' with a score of 37.8.

Emma Mason and 'Bijou II' hold first place in the Pre Novice A after the cross country phase.

Brett Warren rode the Cullen Family's imported Carthago Z mare, 'Cheezy Z' to third place in the 1.40m World Cup warm up class on Saturday evening in the SIEC indoor.
