Jade McCusker rode her 'Cheeky Babe' to win the Junior Championship this morning. Jade just missed out, by half a point on the Champion Junior Jumping Rider title won by Gemma Creighton.

Jesse Cearns rode her 'Warrina W Elton' to fifth place in the Junior Jumping Championship this morning.

Michelle Simmons rode her 'Alpine Way' to second place in the Image Blinds Junior Championship this morning.

K Ellery's, 'Chaswyck Sahara Dream' (Simeon Sochain/Chaswyck Agibeh) was declared Champion Mare and Supreme Champion Arabian Exhibit.

Popular Queensland rider, Tyrone Latham rode his 'Watermark Park Ducatti' to fifth place in the very competitive Group C Championship.

Former eventing rider turned showjumping competitor, Chloe Hughes is pictured riding her former eventer, 'Balmoral Hi Road' in the Group C Championship this this morning. Chloe took fourth place in the Championship riding her 'Feldale Billy'. The popular chair lift is pictured in the background, which sadly will be removed with the three billion dollar proposed refurbishment of the EKKA Showgrounds, starting straight after this years event.

Jackie Long has had a super show with her Thoroughbred stallion, 'Time to Celebrate'. The handsome stallion took out the Thoroughbred Stallion Championship earlier in the week and this morning the Truly Time son was declared Supreme Led ANAS exhibit.

The Jarendan Stock Horses, Sharyn McKell and Celadon Show Horses' ' Celadon Alibi' (Waylon J Justice/Celadon Evangeline) was declared Champion ANSA Mare.

Warren Rundle from Rockhampton took fifth place in the Group C Championship riding his, 'Jonnie Lennon'.

Rebecca Crack had a great show with her Collins mare, 'Noblewood Park Celina', that took third place in the exciting Group C Championship this morning. 'Celina ' was declared Champion Group C Horse.

A J Phillips', 'Meridian Poseidon' (Regal Poetry In Motion/Deveron Annakova) was declared Reserve Champion Arabian Derivative Gelding.

Brett Warren took third place in the Grand Prix this afternoon riding the impressive and imported 'Cumo Z', which is by the reining Showjumping World Champion, Cavalor Cumano.

Lachlan Manuel rode his beautiful Thoroughbred by Octagonal and past NSW Futurity winner, 'OP Orthodox' to fourth place in the Grand Prix.

Although a misunderstanding during the first round kept them from the second, Michelle Lang-McMahon is clearly coming to terms with her new ride, the Animo stallion, 'Animate'. They displayed great potential in Group A at the EKKA.

Clem Smith rode Neville Rose's home bred Thoroughbred by Dreamtime, 'Benaloo Dark Ages' to jump clear and four for second place in the Colin Meagher AM Grand Prix.

Despite a badly injured knee, Robert Moffatt rode the scopey, 'It;s Ritchie' to fifth place in the Grand Prix.

Billy Raymont had a sensational show with his Thoroughbred gelding by Grosvenor, 'Stardom'. Billy and the typey black horse won two Group A class and the Grand Prix. Billy and 'Stardom' were the only combination to jump a double clear over New Zealand designer, Kevin Hansen's testing track.

Earlier in the day, Debra Hatherell took out the Led Arabian Stallion Championship with her 'Kalbarri Park Kydash Nefer' (GG Magnatism/Sa-Har Shahkeeta) and is pictured on her way to taking out the class for Ridden Arabian/Arabian Derivate Stallion.

Kelly Bond rode her successful, 'Confusions of Rathowen' (Courtland Boy Blue/Thoughtful Miss) to win the Mare class and take out the Ridden Arabian/Arabian Derivative Championship.

Fiona Elder rode her 'Master Tristan Of Cashel' to win the Gelding class and take out the Reserve Champion Ridden Arabian/Arabian Derivative Championship title.
