Sophie Tickner rode Meredith Johnsson's 'Kerulen Ulithi' to fifth place in the class for Novice Pony NE 12hh. Sophie was also fifth in the class for Riders 5 and Under 8 Years.

Victoria Fricker rode well to take second place in the strong class for Girl/Boy Rider 5 and Under 8 Years.

Jackie Boyd drove her, 'Ashwood Quest For Fame' to win the Keir Family Prize for Hackney harness Horse Over 15hh and continue on to be declared Champion Hackney Horse.

Tori Fair from Lara in Victoria won the class for Girl/Boy Rider 5 and Under 8 Years.

Madeline Pagon from Willunga in South Australia took third place in the class for Girl/Boy Rider 5 and Under 8 Years.

Bridgette Chalmers from Queensland rode Ashley Reid's beautiful Welsh Pony, 'Weston Park Cointreau' to take second place in the class for Novice Pony 13-13.2hh.

Briony Payne rode Arlene Meursing's charming, 'Warranwood Composer' to win he class for Novice Show Hunter Pony NE 14hh.

Regular and successful Adelaide exhibitor, Kelli Probert rode her 'Sanlirra Stagefright' to third place in the class for Novice Ponies 13-13.2hh.

Minka Lock rode Susan Castleys, 'Kolbeach Groom' to be just out of the major placings in the class for Novice Pony 13-13.2hh.

Tiffany Greenhill from the Mornington Peninsular in Victoria is pictured with her own and Denise Burgoine's good working pony, 'Glyndebourne Monopoly' that is out of the famous Glyndebourne Mietta. Monopoly took sixth place in the class for Novice Pony 13-13.2hh.

Sydney Olympic Team Member, Jamie Coman has stepped aboard Wendy and Di Schaeffer's scopey Thoroughbred, 'Lord of the Sun'. The partnership to watch took third place in the first Group 3 Jumping class this morning.

Another interesting combination to catch the eye in the Group C this morning was Jeff Bloomfield riding John Brice and T Clarke's impressive, 'Anton'. More information on this horse will follow.

Stephanie Barrington rode Leanne Fielding's, 'Somerfield Sound of Music' to take fourth place in the class for Novice Pony 13.2-14hh. The good working pony measured up from the 13-13.2hh class.

Leanne Donoghue stepped down from the heights to ride her own and Jill Best's, 'Holly's Work of Art' to take third place in the class for Novice Ponies 13.2-14hh.

Sabrina Jaeschke from Loxton in South Australia rode her, 'Holly's Plays to second place in the class for Novice Pony 13.2-14hh.

Brynie Lee from Eden Park in Victoria won the class for Girl/Boy Riders 8 and Under 10 Years.

Breanne Pope is pictured working out in the class for Novice Ponies NE 12hh riding her, 'Janeda Park Eclipse'. They just missed the placings.

Samantha Langridge rode Carolyn Burton's, 'Lincott Soda Pop' to third place in the class for Novice Ponies NE 12hh.

Helen Jansson drove Suzanne Gordon's good moving and well named, 'Classy Willie' to take third place in the Goodwood Park Hotel Non Hackney Harness Horse Over 15hh.

Breanna Forster rode Kelly Mules' 'Mondiso Park Peeping Tom' to sixth place in the class for Novice Ponies 12-12.2hh.

The Beautifully matched pair, 'Drumeden Cody' (M & J Drury) and' Drumeden Impact' (L & J Gardiner) took out the Pleasure Pony Turnout class.

Grace Hill had qualified Linley Arnold-Wardle's 'Merivale Park Toy Soldier' for the Best Novice Ride off by winning the Novice NE 12hh class. Seven year old Delta Wardle who took sixth place in her rider class earlier in the day, is pictured aboard the pony and did a splendid job showing the pony off for the final judging.

Chelsea Morelli from Wollongong in NSW rode her, 'Raleigh Picture Perfect' to win the class for Novice Ponies 12.2-13hh.

Feliticy Atkinson rode Annabelle Kerslake's, 'Springwood Far Away Moon' to win the class for Novice Ponies 12-12.2hh.

Sally Watkins rode Sally Redpath's home bred , 'Chippenham Titled' to win the Novice 13.2-14hh Pony Class. The full brother to the well performed , Chippenham Warrant is by Royal Command of Beckworth (dec) out of Chippenham Giselle and went on to claim the Anne Bailey Prize for Best Novice Pony Hack.

Grace Hill from Kilmore in Victoria gave her pony, 'Tapu Private Rendezvous' a super ride to win the class for Novice Ponies 13-13.2hh.

Successful South Australian Jumping rider, Kristy Bruhn, rode her 'Harbarty' to fourth place in the Group 2 class on the first day of a full Adelaide jumping programme.

Andrew Inglis is at full tilt with his own and Jenny Sheppard's impressive, imported Darco mare, 'Amira'. They took second place in the Group 2 class.

Erika Grant is pictured with her delightful, 'Dalgangle Hunterway' working out in the class for Novice Show Hunter Pony Under 14hh.

Jacqui McGregor-Thomas rode her, 'Warranwood Nasa' to fourth place in the class for Novice Galloway 14-14.2hh.

Courtney O'Leary was just out of the money with her good working, 'Oaklands Park Fanfare' in the class for Novice Galloway 14-14.2hh.

A busy Jasmine Anderson from Verdun in South Australia, won the traditional Good Hands Competition for Girls and Boys 12 Years and Under.

Emily Hoare rode Isabelle Barker's delightful, 'Rivington Royal Hiccup' to second place in the class for Show Hunter Pony NE 12.2hh.

Margot Haynes rode the Rafferty Horse Rugs nomination, 'Kolbeach Limelight' to win the class for Novice Galloway 14.2-15hh.

Wendy Schaeffer had a great day in the jumping arena. She is pictured with her sensational mare, 'Koyuna Sun Set' that won the first Group 1 class for the show. Wendy also won the Group 2 riding 'Koyuna Sun Dancer'.

Earlier in the day , Di McDonald claimed the Led Galloway Gelding Championship with her own and Tony Bayley's, 'Coniston Dark Secret' (Fairlight Acres Kristian/Easy Express). Di went on to take fifth place in the Novice Galloway 14.2-15hh class with the typey, good mover.

Emily Blinkworth looks to be having fun riding her 'CP Romantic Dream' in the Group 1 class this afternoon. And it does look fun if you have a head for heights. Emily and "Pinky" took fifth place in the competitive class.

Donna White rode her super working, 'Castileon Park Second Edition' to win the class for Show Hunter Pony 12.2-14hh and go on to claim the Pony Show Hunter Championship.

James Moloney from Mordialloc in Victoria rode his well performed, 'Lykanarrow Ladysmith' to win the class for Show Hunter Pony NE 12.2hh.

M Hosemans and G Jones' 'Hillcroft Regal Salute' (Urubula Regal Promise/Willowcroft Seashell) led by Anrew Whalen was declared Champion E Group Australian Stud Saddle Pony Gelding.

Jessica Dunn from Moorooduc in Victoria is pictured with her Reserve Champion Show Hunter Pony, 'Cheraton Royal Scandal'.

Melissa Karutz took fourth place in the Show Hunter Galloway 14-14.2hh with her own, 'MP Cruise Sensation'.

Well known dressage rider, Justine Greer rode Jodie van Brugel's well preformed, 'Salisbury My Guy' to win the class for Show Hunter Galloway 14.2-15hh. The good performing pair went on to claim the Show Hunter Galloway Championship.

Di Firth is on an national tour with the Firth and Ellis nomination, 'Rothwell Kind Regards'. "Jemima" , a show horse's show horse won the class for Show Hunter 14-14.2hh and was declared Reserve Champion Show Hunter Galloway. The "big guns" were certainly out in force in the Show Hunter Galloway classes.

Tara McKay rode another successful Show Hunter, her own, 'Cheraton Mikado' to second place in the class for Show Hunter Galloway 14.2-15hh.
