Except for the VIP area there was not a spare inch of space today in the old tin shed. It is not the most comfortable place to be as a spectator but it does have a great atmosphere. We were all told the event would move to the proposed new Tamworth Equine Center next year, but we have all heard this before.

This was enough for sixth place, however James also won the Quest Appartments insentive prize (enouragement award determined by the judges) of 11 nights accomadation for the Futurity next year.

Nothing went right for Gary Braid of Koo Wee Rup Vic in today's final of the Quest Apartments Non Pro Derby. Riding his Duntays Tanyas Weaving by Tanyas Freckles the timer had trouble with the timing equitment and Gary had trouble picking the best cows.

A master of training cutting horses, Ian combined  with Ken McCarthy's Peptos Stylish Oak Stallion, One Roan Peptos to produce a wonderful performance with a score of 149.
