Joanne Bensley drove the Bensley Family's successful, 'Stillbrook Tabitha' to take third place in the class for Non Hackney Sulky/Buggy Horse 14-14hh. Joanne's husband, Bryson Bensley who has not been well, is very much missed from the action on the main arena. It is to be hoped he will be back at the reins soon.

A grown up Brooke Keir drove the Keir Family and Kayboa P/L's 'Canberra Park Velvet Queen' to fifth place in the class for Non Hackney Sulky/Buggy Horse 14-15hh.

Priscilla Horsley and the Sitboy Family Partnership's 'Daleford Dreams' (Weerona Chinaman/Daleford Lasy Matisse) is pictured during the judging of the Australian Stock Horse class for Hack Gelding Ridden in a Snaffle Bit.

Dale Olsen rode his 'Doongara Power Repeat', a gelding bred by Geoff Wallen and family in Queensland and by Yallatup Regal Remedy out of Abbigale to win the class for ASH Hack Gelding Ridden in a Snaffle Bit.

Kim McGregor from Glossodia in NSW had a great day with the Mc Gregor Family's, ' Judstan Kabir' that won the class for Non Hackney Sulky/Buggy Horse 14-15hh and went on to claim the Non Hackney Horse Championship.

Col Moxey rode his 'Quiera Cassie' (Arundle Cadman/Quiera Silhouette) to win the class for Australian Stock Horse Colt/Filly/Gelding Hack Under Four Years.

Casey Lee rode Joan and Anthony Lacey's delightful 'Lacey's Coorumbena Martina' (Glen Lee Rivoli Raytech/Lacey's Coorumbena Corina) to work beautifully including the best flying change seen all day to take second place in the ASH class of Colt/Filly/Gelding Hack Under Four Years.

Successful ASH breeder and exhibitor, Jackie Long rode her own, Ivery Park Stud and Kirala Stud's lovely, 'Kirala First Impressions' by Lindsay out of the super successful mare, Cee Dee Sonata to fourth place in the class for Colt/Filly/Gelding Hack Under Four Years. Jackie was placed throughout the day with the typey filly.

Jumping prodigy, Tom Mc Dermott is pictured aboard 'SL Eclipse' during the Section 3 Accumulator this morning. Eclipse did not win, but Tom did riding 'Twins Limerick'.

Western Australian rider, Pascale Young make a super jump aboard her 'Barrabadeen Halifax' during the Section 3 Accumulator competition this morning.

The evergreen and ever talented jumping rider, Vicki Roycroft had a great day in the ring. Vicki is pictured aboard Robynne McTagget's, 'Noblewood Park Casino Royale' that took sixth place in the Section 3 Accumulator this morning. Vicki also took third place riding her 'Welsom' and well as third place in the Section 1 jump off class riding the increasingly impressive import, 'Kartoon De Breve'.

Hanna Fotheringham rode Jenelle and Craig Young and the Cedarvale Australian Stock Horse Stud's 'Bobadil Oaks Gemma' (Reckless Oak/Allana Pee Wee) to win the class for Stallion, Colt, Filly Mare,Gelding Ridden in a Curb Bit and go on to claim the Ridden Australian Stock Horse Championship.

Miranda O'Brien is pictured riding the impressively home bred, 'O'Brien's Rosette' by Yallatup Regal Remedy out of Cedar Downs Trinkette in the class for Australian Stock Horse Mare/Gelding Rider under 18 Years.

Loretta Lawson had a grand day in the ring with Terry Blake's Champion Led Australian Stock Horse Mare, 'Coquon Holly' (Rosebrook Sabre/ Coquon Copy Cat) winning the Hack Mare, and the classes for ASH Under 15hh Ridden in a Snaffle and a Curb. They finished the day with the Ridden ASH Reserve Championship.

Well known rider, trainer and judge, Teena Bridge took fifth place in the class for Australian Stock Horse Hack Mare riding her own and Karen Miles' 'Cee Dee Bracelette' (Waikon Park Coolabah. Jindaria Ringlette).

Brett Warren jumped a good and quite fast four penalty round aboard, 'Cheezy Z' to claim fourth place in the Section 1 class this afternoon, by being the fastest of the four penalty rounds.

Becky Allen was a little unlucky with her own, mother, Sarah and Debbie Warne's 'RSB Jacana' yesterday, but produced two beautiful rounds today to win the Section 1 class. Becky, now resident in Queensland tells us that she has set the date with fiance, Stuart Jenkins; they will be married on New Years Eve 2011.

Tim Amitrano's brilliant 'Mr Innocent' still has what it takes. The now veteran (the horse that is) former World Cup Final representatives took second place in the Section 1 class this afternoon.

Amanda Ragg drove the Ragg and Proctor Show Team's 'The Doune Marigold' to take second place in the class for Lady's Hackney Pony N.E. 14hh.

Jackie Boyd making the most of her trip from Adelaide drove Max Pearce and Anne Lindh's 'Beauwood Maxi' to win the class for Lady's Hackney Pony N.E. 14hh.

Kevin Twaddell is certainly dressed for the occasion, in a Blackwatch kilt no less. Kevin is pictured with his winning Shetland Pony Colt 3 Years Over 8.2 and N.E. 10.2hh, Kevelle-Lee Kintore' (Mulwaree Rajah/KL Kathryn)..

Carly Thomas from Clarkfield in Victoria ran away with the Champion Mare and Supreme Led Shetland Pony awards with her own and Cecil Thomas' home bred, 'Careal Georgia' (Millbrae Gazette/Chateau Gay Georgeal).

Michelle Gorton led the Oakford, Reeve and Gorton nomination, 'Pilinta Park Olivia' (Poplars Farm Pluto/Colandi Park Opel) to claim the Junior Champion Shetland Filly award; another to head south to Victoria.

Nationally successful Shetland Pony Exhibitor, Narelle Hogg from Walla Walla in NSW claimed the Junior Champion Shetland Colt award with her own and Irene Hogg's Victorian bred, 'Pilinta Park Showman/Poplars Farm Pluto/Kooyong Showgirl). Interestingly both Junior Champions are by Poplars Farm Pluto.

Lisa Johnson led Mr Chris Johnson's 'Shambala Park Matrix' (Shambala Park Darius/Thorpeville Veletta) to claim the Shetland Pony Stallion Championship.

What a pleasure it is to see Vince Corvi in action. You will not find better Hackney driving or training anywhere in the world. Vince is pictured at the reins of the Corvi, Beggs and Cowan nomination, the sensational, 'Hudson Valentina' that won the class for Hackney Horse 14-15hh.

Sandy Hunter drove the Hunter and Thompson nomination, 'Makari Victory Light' to fourth place in the class for Hackney Horse 14-15hh.

Melise Tuma Webb rode her wonderful Australian Stock Horse stallion, 'Win D Fortitude' (Palmers Fort Abdul/Jalna Jet) to win the class for Australian Stock Horse Ridden in a Snaffle Bit and second place in the Curb Bit class.
