Just back from a successful trip to New Zealand, Clem Smith rode the imported mare, 'Floriana' to fifth place in the Section 3 Accumulator.

Caroline Blakeley drove the A and C Blakeley and J and M Triggs' nomination, 'Aloha Sultan' to win the class for Non Hackney Stallion/Colt Over 14hh.

Amanda Madigan is pictured making a nice jump with Alice Cameron's 'Oakes Altes' in the Section 3 Accumulator.

Kimberlee McGregor drove the McGregor Family and N Samulski nomination, 'Judstan Kabir' to take second place in the class for Novice Non Hackney harness Horse Over 14hh.

Sandy Hunter drove the Hunter/Thompson and Chesson nomination, 'Shepherds Hill Rita' to win the class for Novice Non Hackney Horse Over 14hh.

Wendy Schaeffer and her 'Koyuna Sun Set' jumped two commanding rounds to easily win the first Section 1 jumping class at the 2010 Royal Easter Show. It looks as if there is more to come for this combination.

Back at Sydney after an absence of a few years, Grant Hughes did not wait long to make his presence felt. He is pictured riding his 'Emmaville Ricochet' that took second place in the Section 1 jump off class. Grant also took fifth place riding the evergreen, 'Yakity Yak'.

David Robertson is pictured with his wonderful international jumping horse, Sharpe Seal' during the first round of the Section 1 jump off class.

Queenslander, Brett Warren's imported 'Cumo Z' makes a beautiful jump during the first round of the Section 1 jump off class this afternoon.

Candice Parker led her own, Margot Emery and the Kirala Stud's, 'Greenvale Melody' (Oklahoma/Misty) to claim the Australian Stock Horse Mare/Filly Championship and to be declared Supreme Led Australian Stock Horse.

Des Gleeson jumped a good clear riding Leeson Sirett's home bred, 'Wild Honey' to be just out of the money in the Section 3 Accumulator this morning.

Kevin and Jenny Moses' nomination, 'Warrenbri Hope' (Warrenbri Roman Oak/Warrenbri April) took second place in the class for Australian Stock Horse 3 Year Old Colt.

Adam Wellington did the honours with the Kaluda Park, Murray, Green, McLennan, McKell, Symthe and Breneger nomination, 'Jarendan' (Waylon J Justice/Tariqua Elegance) to win the class for 2 Year Old Australian Stock Horse Colt.

Sandra Davidge is on the move with her own and the Davidge Family's winning Australian Stock Horse Stallion and Reserve Champion ASH Stallion/Colt, 'Jindalee Casanova' (Betterview Gunfire/Rosebrook Cillawood).

Jenny Meyers claimed the Australian Stock Horse Stallion/Colt Championship with her own and the Wundurra Stud's 3 Year Old Colt, 'Wundurra Review' (Kirkby's Stud Remedy/Wundurra Cinders).

By popular demand, 'Robosaurus' that lives on a diet of cars is back at Sydney Royal.

Victorian rider, Jamie Kermond gets airborne with Des Russell's imported Quattro B stallion, 'Valhalla 3' during the Section 2 jump off class. Jamie has had a great start to the day as he was fourth riding the grey stallion and first up this morning he won the Section 3 Accumulator riding the imported Colman mare, 'ASB Colthaga'.

Andrew Inglis jumps a beautiful fence riding his own and Peter Grant's nomination, 'Regal Status' on their way to fifth place in the Section 2 Jump off class this morning.

Anna McGregor from Western Australia jumped a super first round clear aboard, 'DVZ Faberge', A fence down in the jump off saw them just out of the placings.

Victorian combination, Brook Dobbin and 'Belcam Advisor' put their foot down in the Section 2 jump off this morning to win by almost six seconds.

Jamie Grant from Bega rode his 'The Player' to third place in the Section 2 jump off class this morning.

Sophia Gostelow is pictured aboard her wonderful Thoroughbred gelding, 'Big Bucks' during the Section 3 jump off class this morning.

Now Queensland resident, Becky Allen rode the Allen Family's, 'RSB Jacana' to second place in the Section 2 jump off class this morning.

David Cameron from Glenorie in NSW rode his 'Explore' to third place in the Section 3 Accumulator, first up on the first day of the Royal Easter Show.

Colourful Queensland combination, Sheridan Manuel and 'Renmarno', owned by Sheridan's mother, Lisa, took fourth place in the Section 3 Accumulator to make a good start to the show.

For the first week of the Sydney Royal, the jumpers and the Harness competitors pretty much get the run of the wonderful oval. Successful Harness exhibitor, Bryson Bensley took third place in the Hackney Horse Show Vehicle Turnout class with the B & J & G & R nomination, 'Dunolly Victory'.

As always Vince Corvi got his Sydney Royal off to a good start. he drove his own and Terry Cowan's, 'Ashwood Gold Moss' to win the class for Hackney Horse Show Vehicle Turnout.
