Will Evans from Wyong in NSW rode the Walker and Evans Family's, 'Marena Heritage' (Shifting/Marena Accent) to third place in the class for Australian Stock Horse Hack, Gelding Over 15hh.

Marnie Neal rode the Dennis and Kay Neal and Family's, 'Kydra's Diesel' (Bonlac Focus/Quidong Dimity) to take second place in the class for Australian Stock Horse Hack Gelding, Over 15hh. And late in the afternoon Marnie won the class for Working Stock Horse Ridden by a Junior with the good working and good looking gelding.

Graeme Rozynski from Granite Rock in Victoria rode his and wife, Jody's 'Mewburn Hallelujah' (Soda Justice/Quambat Angelynx) to take sixth place in the class for Australian Stock Horse Hack, Stallion.

Amy Herbert representing the Tocumwal Hunt Club rode her 'Jenna' to take fourth place in the class for Lightweight Hunter on the Flat.

Cathy Emmett representing the Melbourne Hunt Club rode her wonderful and wonderfully named, 'The Milkman' to win the class for Lightweight Hunter on the Flat and take out the Reserve Champion Hunter award.

Kate Fremlin a member of the enthusiastic and successful Towumwal Hunt Club is pictured riding her 'Jack O'Lantern' in to third place in the class for Medium Weight Hunter on the Flat.

Michelle Wilton is making the most of her trip to Melbourne from Glendonbrook in NSW and this morning she rode A Mclennan-Dehnert and Paul Dehnert's, Reserve Champion Led Mare, 'Royalle Scottish Rose' to win the class for Australian Stock Horse Hack, Mare 15hh and Under. The day got even better with victory in the Working Stallion/Gelding class riding JW Cowley's 2010 Sydney Royal Champion Ridden ASH, 'Taronga Billabong Bruce'. And even better again when Michelle rode the handsome brown Gelding to take out the Alistair Irving Working Stock Horse Championship.

David Nash rode the Oakford, Reeve and Gorton's Champion Junior Led Exhibit, 'Mjay Forte' to win the class for Australian Stock Horse Hack, Colt/Filly/Gelding Three years and Under. Bred by Melise Tuma-Webb the typey colt was 2011 National Champion junior ASH Led Exhibit.

Sam Davidge is having a great show with her super successful Australian Stock Horse stallion, 'Jindalee Casanova'. This morning they won the ASH Hack Stallion class and went on to work beautifully and claim the Champion Ridden ASH Award. Sam backed that up with victory in the ASHLA class.

Stuart Robinson from Drouin West in Victoria is having a great Melbourne Royal. Stuart qualified not one but two horses for the Australian Stock Horse Hack Championship ride off. He is pictured riding Ken Robinson's, 'Wasmac Gimeadink' (Condamine Ambition/Byandah Kiam) that won the class for ASH mare Over 15hh. Stuart also won the class for Gelding Hack over !5hh riding Jennifer Emanuel's 'Cannibal Creek William'.

Chantelle Layton from Abermain in NSW rode her 'Cunnoo Destiny's Blueprint' (Acres Destiny/Coominyah) to second place in the Australian Stock Horse Hack Stallion class and went on to claim the Reserve Champion Ridden ASH award.

Lynette Haynes one of the successful team from the Tocumwal Hunt Club rode 'Ronnie' belonging to Bernie Rice MFH that won the class for Heavyweight Hunter on the Flat and went on to take out the Champion Hunter on the Flat Award.

Melissa Wilson representing the Murray Valley Hunt Club is pictured aboard her 'CP Pontiac' in the Noel Mason Memorial Hunter's Plate this afternoon. Melissa had great success with her other ride, 'CP Gulliver' that was second in both the SA Greaves and Noel Mason memorial Plates.

Madeline Rush representing the Oaklands Hunt Club makes a super jump riding her 'Inverleigh Sasquatch' during the Noel Mason Memorial Hunter's Plate this afternoon.

Philippa Davison representing the Murray Valley Hunt Club took third place in the SA Greaves Memorial Hunter's Plate and fifth place in the Noel Mason Memorial Hunter's Plate riding her impressive stallion, 'Kilwarran Errant'.

Carolyn Grinter from the Tocumwal Hunt Club rode Bernie Rice's super hunter, 'Punch' to fifth place in the SA Greaves Memorial Hunter's Plate and first place in the Noel Mason Memorial Hunters Plate.

Well know huntswoman and Welsh Pony fancier, Cheryl Bunting, now representing the Tocumwal Hunt Club makes a stylish jump over the panel riding Bernie Rice's, 'Lochie'.

Well known and successful eventing rider, Darren Green is also the joint master of Oaklands Hunt Club. With his hunting cap on, Darren rode Kathleen Cust's, 'Brocklesby' to win the SA Greaves Memorial Hunter's Plate and take third place in the Noel Mason.

Gerard Hurry representing the Oaklands Hunt Club is pictured riding his former steeplechaser, 'Fanatic' in the Hunter's Plate classes on the Coca Cola Arena this afternoon. Not as much room as in the "old days", but still enough space for these traditional Melbourne Royal classes.

Margaret Hurry's charming Irish Donkey filly, 'Berrabri Enya' was born just a few days ago and is a huge hit in the animal nursery. The sturdy and confident 'Enya' behaves as if she has been here before and is one of the many donkeys Margaret has been breeding at Oaklands Junction for thirty years.

Fiona di Pietta from Neerim in Victoria took sixth place in the Working Australian Stock Horse Mare class riding her, 'Wrights Tophat Kudos' (Blazing Chick/Wrights Tophat Reputation).

Lachie Ranken from Hexham rode the Urquhart and Ranken nomination, 'Boonerah Cha Cha' (Ellerston Revenue/Waltz) to win the class for Working Australian Stock Horse mare. Yesterday this combination won the Station Horse class.

Jason Fry from Bunyip North in Victoria looks delighted with his 'Condamine Liberty Belle' (Condamine Romano/Condamine Rivoli Star Belle ) that took fourth place in the class for Working Australian Stock Horse Mare.

David Murphy from Beaufort in Victoria rode his, 'Barnett's Commando' (Kirkby's Stud Theo/Barnett's Ellie) to fourth place in the class for Working Australian Stock Horse Stallion/Gelding. yesterday they won the ASH Time Trial.

Long time and successful Stock Horse breeder and exhibitor, Dennis Neal rode the Neal Family's impressive stallion, 'Thompsons Navarone' (Palmers Navaho/Thompson's Nikki) that took fifth place in the class for Working Australian Stock Horse Stallion/Gelding.
