Kim Vohradsky and the Armanii Stud's beautiful, Armanii Park Peter Pan' (Osory Sandman/Creswell Ariel) won the class for Welsh Mountain Pony Two Year Old Colt.

Fifteen Year Old (and not 16 as previously stated) Rose McEvoy was one of the finalist in the Pope Cup for Horses Showing Thoroughbred Qualities with her own and Margot Haynes well performed 'Grazier'.

Jane Tolson rode her own and Nancy Gardner's beautifully educated 'Kent' to make the Pope Cup ride off and take third place in the Lady's Hack Class.

Briony Payne rode Pam Ahern, Warren Coyle and Howard Morris' 'Surely' to make the final work out today of the Col AV Pope Cup.

Sandra Knox from Monbulk in Victoria made the final work out for the AV Pope Cup with her eye catching and good working 'Barindale Esprit'.

Stephen Merry and Courtney Christie's, 'SLM Mind Games' ridden by Francesca Christie made his first appearance on the arena today and claimed the COL AV Pope Cup for "Horses showing Thoroughbred Qualities". The beautiful 2008 National Large Hack of the Year went on to be declared Champion Hack and be awarded the Mackay Memorial Perpetual Trophy.

Courtney Christie rode her own and Stephen Merry's beautiful mare, 'Magnifique' to win the Lady's Hack class this morning.

Melissa McVeagh and the Stenbury Park Pony Stud's 'Woranora Prima Donna' (Imperial Mendel/Stanton Park Peggoty) won the class for Welsh Mountain Pony Filly Three Years and went on to be claim the Reserve Champion WMP Mare /Filly award. Prima Donna was shown by Megan Wansbrough from Tasmania.

Leanne Dalrymple's 'Little G Royal Intent' (Little G Royal Radiance/El Barana Niara) was declared Champion Pinto Stallion/Colt and Supreme Pinto Exhibit. Pictured with the horse are L-R RAS councillor and Horse Committee member, Bill Picken and handler, John Walker.

Brian and Christine Hardy's 'Imperial Helen' (Weston Hoopla imp/ Imperial Hilda) was declared Champion Welsh Mountain Pony Mare/Filly.

Joanne Prestwidge copped the worst of the weather today with the winner of the 2 Year Old Riding Pony Filly 12.2-14hh, 'Carlingford Park Sweet Embrace' (Rosedale Tempting/Royalwood Songbird).

Edwina Cullen is pictured with her own and Michael Christie's Four Years Old 13.2-14.2hh 'Knights English Rose' (Kirreway Ambition/Ebony Diamond) that was declared Champion Riding Pony Mare/Filly.

The Whitmere Stud's 'Whitmere Prince of Pop' (Rosedale Tempting imp/Phillipas Saffron Nerine imp) was declared Champion Riding Pony Stallion/Colt and Supreme Champions Riding Pony.

The McMahon and McCormick families , 'Silkwood Angel Wings' as expected won the class for Open Pony 11.2-12hh. The successful pony is pictured during the Small Pony Championship workout ridden by Bridget Chalmers, where they claimed the Small Pony Reserve Championship.

Kira Lee-Newman is pictured with the Gargan and Young Families, 'Fairlight Acres Jackson', that won the class for Open Pony NE 11.2hh.

The Wells Family's 'LJS Prediction' ridden by Tahlia Wells was second to the Small Pony Champion in the class for Ponies 12-12.2hh and is pictured in the workout for Reserve.

Undaunted by the torrential downpour, Kaycee Wallen rode Greg Gerry and Darren Telford's 'Whitmere Top of the Pops' to win the Open 12-12.2hh class and go on to take out the Small Pony Championship.The pony is pictured with judge, Marcia Beard and Mark Bullen, who presented the Molly Higgins Perpetual Trophy to the Champion.

The McMahon and McCormick's 'Leander Hello Dolly' won the class for Open Ponies 12.2-13hh and is pictured ridden by Chanel Hunter in the workout for Champion Large Pony.

Elyse Douglas from Queensland rode the wonderful, 'Mirinda Touch of Mink', winner of the Open 13-13.2hh Pony class and at last Sydney Champion Large Pony.

A busy Chanel Hunter stepped aboard Lyn Warburton's 'Kolbeach Class', second to the Champion Large Pony, Mirinda Touch of Mink', to come in to work for and claim the Reserve Champion Large Pony Award.

What a sensational show! Pam Bush rode her 'Nottingham Fine Print' to be declared Best Novice Galloway, win the Lightweight 14.2-15hh class, the Crane Trophy and today the five year old mare was declared Reserve Champion Galloway.

Kim Durante kept a low profile at Sydney this year, but not so low that she did not put her stamp on the major prizes once again. Kim rode the Durante Family's successful 'Willowcroft Regal Winter' to claim the Galloway's third Sydney Royal Championship.

Hack judge, Gina Montgomery rode all eight Hack Championship finalists and is pictured riding Samantha Kennedy's Over 16.2hh winner, 'Famous'. The finalists were not worked out with their own riders.

Charlie Hunt rode the Argyl Stud's 'Kolbeach Royalist' (Camargue Tribute imp/Ardenhall Royal Secret imp) to win the class for Ridden Riding Pony Stallion.

The Ridden Riding Pony class was the last for the mare that will now go to stud. She will be missed.

The Babazolgi Family's 'Hillswood True Magic' (Laanina Merlyn imp/Acheron Sweet Thing), won the Welsh D Stallion class and was declared Best Welsh Section D.

Melissa McVeagh is on the run with her own and Stenbury Park Pony Stud's super successful 'Angel Park Merlin' (Osory Destiny/Rhyl Telstar) that was declared Champion Welsh Mountain Stallion/Colt and Supreme WMP Exhibit. 'Merlin' has been Champion Stallion on four previous occasions and Supreme WMP on two previous occasions. Last thing today the beautiful pony claimed his third Supreme Welsh Exhibit award.

'Kittani Cairo' (Woranora Trojan/Kittani Kenya) exhibited by Belinda Selep from Mulgoa took out the Welsh Section C Stallion/Colt class and Best Section C award.
